Photographed and edited in a cinematic style, with an original musical score, "SELF TO SOUL: Living Philosophy" interweaves lectures by Judy Marshall, Ph.D. with exterior footage and surreal images to create a haunting, dream-like panorama and trance.
Both experiential and narrative in presentation, while non-denominational in approach, "SELF TO SOUL: Living Philosophy" illustrates the premise that spirituality is primarily experiential and can lead to transformation and emotional healing.
The dynamic of change is "living philosophy." In other words, by living universal "core" principles in thought and action, we step into a personal identity of "soul" - and an entirely different way to view ourselves, our lives, and the world around us.

Dr. Judy Marshall explains how her years of professional experience as a psychologist - along with her own spiritual awakening - have led to the conviction that spirituality heals and transforms.
A SPIRITUAL DNA
The "core" universal principles establish: (1) a belief in God or a greater spiritual unity; (2) the idea that we are spiritual beings within physical bodies; (3) the importance of charity and compassion to others.
BEYOND BELIEF
Once the "core" principles are accepted as true, the individual attempts to translate these beliefs into behavior. Over time, spiritually committed people seem to open a door to a new "spiritual" reality.
WHAT IS "SPIRITUAL" EXPERIENCE?
Different from the more usual psychological feelings, there is an awareness of a real transpersonal connection, paradox, and "in the bones" sense of knowing, wholeness, harmony, and integration.
